Leann Walker has grown up at Cass County Dental Clinic. At just 8 years old, she is already a seasoned dental patient, having visited Cass County Dental Clinic since 2018. Her mom, Lori Walker, has been taking her to the clinic even before Leann was born, making the clinic a trusted part of their family’s health care journey.

Leann’s most recent visit to the Belton clinic was for a routine cleaning, and according to Lori, the experience couldn’t have been better.

“The hygienist was very upbeat and comforting as she worked,” Lori shared. “This was our second time at the new facility, and it is amazing.”

Creating a welcoming, friendly environment is especially important for young patients, and Lori says the clinic consistently delivers on that promise.

“Cass County Dental has always provided a fun experience. When Leann has been scared, they take the time to get out models and explain what they’re going to do before they do anything.”

One of the things Lori appreciates most is the education she receives at each visit. From an early age, the Cass County Dental Clinic team has helped guide Leann in learning how to care for her teeth independently.

“They helped show me how to help Leann as a toddler, and now they spend time showing her how to care for her teeth herself.”

That focus on education helps set kids up for lifelong healthy smiles — one visit at a time.

Because Leann began dental visits at a young age, any concerns were identified and addressed early. In 2022, she received sedation and treatment that was handled efficiently and with care.

“They have found any issues early on and addressed them,” Lori said, “never leaving her teeth where they hurt or don’t look great.”

Leann’s story reflects what Cass County Dental Clinic is all about — long-term relationships, family-centered care, and helping kids grow up confident in their smiles.
